What does Simple build?

Simple builds high-end titanium, steel, and aluminum bicycle frames and forks. We build only TIG welded frames. We specialize in performance oriented road, gravel, and mountain bikes.

Do you have minimum order quantities?

We do, but they are flexible. Small-batches of ~15-25 frames at a time are our sweet-spot. In most cases, we require a minimum order of 5 frames for any given size within a run. That said, if you’re looking for limited production outside that range, get in touch.

Do you make one-off custom bikes?

For individual customers, no. We no longer offer Simple-branded, custom bikes. However, for existing small-batch customers, we do offer a custom program. Ask us for details.

Do you make Prototypes?

Yes, but there are caveats. For new customers, we make prototypes at a one-off custom rate. For existing partners, prototype fees can be recouped during eventual production runs.

Do you offer paint or powdercoat?

Currently, we do not offer in-house paint or powdercoat. However, we can coordinate outsourced finishing, or ship to the finisher of your choice. For titanium frames, we do offer raw brushed and media-blasted finishes.

What’s your process like?

Do you offer private-label models or Market an in-house brand?

We do not. We produce exclusively on contract for independent brands. We value our customers—their privacy, proprietary designs, and desire to work with a non-competitive supplier.
